So, what happened in Pogether's second month? First off, my morale took quite a hit. Everything looks perfect when you're dreaming it up, but reality has a way of showing you things aren't quite so rosy.

I started creating TikTok videos - developing concepts, setting up the environment, adjusting lighting... It's an incredibly demanding process that requires consistency and excellence. It really wore me down (I truly respect everyone who does this regularly). The daily struggle of "what should I film?" rivaled the classic "what should I cook today?" dilemma. Eventually, I found myself unable to keep up with video creation.

My current thinking is to prepare high-quality weekly videos for YouTube every Sunday and use the behind-the-scenes content for TikTok... We'll see how that goes.

We encountered some technical issues in the app, and being system-related, this became the second thing to impact my morale. Not knowing what I didn't know made it difficult to effectively communicate with AI for solutions. Even when I could explain the issues, they remained unsolved. I struggled to manage the process, feeling overwhelmed by competing priorities. It was quite a chaotic period, to be honest.

I added clock faces to the app for personalization (not yet released). This will allow users to customize their workspace. However, I got so intensely focused on this that it started affecting me physically - my stomach was in knots, and I was going cross-eyed from staring at screens.

To clear my head, I started working on a second application, which is now nearing completion. However, this made me feel like I was falling into cliché territory. As a result, I'm planning to focus on more niche business ideas and specific categories in the future. This will likely be in either productivity or education.

That's all for now. Having left behind an particularly gloomy month, I'm hoping for a better one ahead.
